The Way We Work
At Force 3, we believe in good, old fashioned service. So we thought you might like to know what will happen once you’ve decided to get in touch with us for any aspect of your home or business security:
First of all, you tell us what you’re looking for. We arrange a visit to your premises (your business or your house) as soon as suits you.
At your premises we’ll look and listen. We’ll offer you initial advice based on our observations, the available solutions and our knowledge of the insurance market.
We won’t try and sell you anything you don’t need, but we won’t suggest a system either that would not protect you adequately.
Bespoke design
Our specialist team then designs YOUR system for YOU, preparing a full specification, including everything you and any other users of the system will need to know about the way it’s going to work.
Once you’ve had time to digest the specification, we’ll get back to you to find out what you think. Or to answer any queries you may have.
If you decide to go ahead, we arrange for our engineers to install the system at a time that’s convenient to you.
Then we’ll talk to you about maintenance, about the kind of service level that is going to suit you best.
Once installation is completed to your satisfaction, it’s not the end of the story. We’ll always be there at the end of the phone, ready to come on site when you need us. We like keeping our customers, and keeping them happy.
